Hi there and welcome.

TBH, to replace would be very expensive indeed.

It actually looks worse than it is in reality, and could be dealt with by a S.M.A.R.T. repairer for probably a lot less than a bodyshop would charge. And certainly could be repaired in less than half a day.

In essence, a couple of holes would need to be drilled into the 'step' in the sill, and a slide hammer used to pull that out as much as possible.

Then, sand-down and smooth out these gouges/scrapes, and apply a skim of filler over the sill as needed.

Smooth off and prime/paint/lacquer.

For a guide price, I would charge between 200-240 all-in depending on the diesel I needed to use. So that should be what you aim to pay.
