Classic cars I feel have to be usable even if only in the warmer/drier months not just an outlet for someones perfection mania, In the 80s 90s when the speculators got caught up in the classic car world & some models were reaching absurd prices then the crash, The only good thing about that was a lot of cars were saved from the scrap heap & are now at more sensible prices albeit still expensive.
