Exclamation Anti-UV headlight bulbs

I need to purchase a replacement H1 headlight bulb for my EspaceIV.
The manual says use Anti-UV type, as the headlamp is made from polycarbonate and it may be damaged!

Is this true? if so does daylight not damage them anyway?

Plus how do you tell the "Anti-UV" bulbs from "normal" ones ... nothing obvious on any packaging I've looked at, is there a symbol for "Anti-UV" ?

Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
