In fact, thinking about this, is your car still under warranty? THe Xenon bulbs are designed to last as long as the car - unless it's been broken by accidental damage then I'd say that it should be covered under warranty if the car is less than 3 years old.
Your right OG it is a Priv, but its not one of the Xenon lamps thats failed (they have already done that and were indeed replaced under warranty along with 1 balast unit and the lighting computer,) but the Espace also uses supplemental H1 lamps for main beam and its one of these that have failed ... Dealers answer .. "standard bulbs are a consumable sir, they are £14.99 each plus fitting"
Therefore I need a new H1 bulb ... thats when I noticed the part in the owners handbook about the Anti-UV.
Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
