I am assuming that the wheel nut is actually bolt that has snapped in the hub threads

In this case all your garage has to do is Drill a hole through the middle of the broken bolt and heat it untill it is cherry red with a welding torch

Then using a device called an Easy out ( A bit like a screw with the thread backwards ) turn the broken stud out

Maximum time taken about 30 minutes

Never read Beauty magazines they will only make you feel ugly
