Were these lights on display prior to the test?
Personally speaking, I'd rather seek the services of an auto-electrician to fault-find and remedy the problem, before everything under the bonnet is replaced to achieve the same goal.
No disrespect to any such establishments, but I liken the difference in skills with the medical profession. I would expect a GP to know a bit about everything, but if something awkward needs investigation, then I want a specialist to do this (also saves a lot of [financial] pain, expediting this way).
If you feel the garage may not objectively test the car after you get it repaired elsewhere, then just get it booked in at another test station - it'll probably still work out cheaper in the end.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
