I reckon that one would probably sit quite nicely on top of the sat-nav shroud. But if you really want to keep the car looking factory spec, you can always hide it away somewhere and rely purely on the audible warning. That's what I did with the Makro one, though the display wasn't anything like as clever or pretty (just a line of LEDs.)
There's plenty of room in the central arm-rest (I had all of the gubbins for my Nokia hands-free, including the speaker tucked in mine until recently) and it comes apart pretty easily too.
I'm not sure Makro still do theirs. Their stock lines seem to turn over quite a bit and I bought mine over a year ago. It's only a two sensor system too (great for reversing up to another car, but not so good with bollards or a jagged wall.) If I was in the market for one now, I'd be more inclined to go with Mark's suggestion.
