That is quit a lot reading yours post.

Is there something wrong with my car or with my driving (in town 3rd gear with 2.000 rpm about 32 mph)?
On hi-way consumption is 36 mpg (with air-condition).

What should i do, where to look 4 a problem?

with regards
The MPG gauge is a bit weird, in so far as it averages over a long period.

The best way to gauge things yourself is to reset it after every fill.

I found the best way to test this is to get out on the motorway, get to cruise speed, say 70mph in fifth or sixth and then reset the gauge. It will take a couple of hundred meters to read but this will give you an instant read for that mode of operation and tell you whether you have something fundamental wrong.

I was baffled at what appeared to be poor mileage from my DCI 1.9 until I did this. I found that it would easily do 65mpg at 100kph in sixth gear (nation road limit in Ireland) and 55mpg at 120kph in sixth (motorway limit in Ireland). That's not bad at all for a 110k mile DCi.

Try that before you worry too much about it.
