Try a temporary measure for now, site inside and press the internal locking switch get someone outside to see if driver door has lock from the outside, if it has get out the passengers door and lock it with the key from that side.
At least you can leave it whilst away for now.
For a permanent result plenty of oilmight help it work, or check the wiring that goes through the door jamb into the main car for cracks or broken wiring , if you find any just cut out a section and rewire and solder in a new section of wire covering the entire solder section with heated shrink wrap cable slide this over the solder area and heat with a hair dryer untill it shinks tightly over the soldered area and that should solve your problem , if no crack are found sound s like a replacement locking motor , usually about a tener at the local scrappy good luck. kind regards.
