Question clio service light and airbag

hi i have 2005 clio 1.2 16v mkll and the airbag + service light comes on and goes off but only sumtimes (once a month) iv lookd under drivers seat and four wires have been cut and connected to bypass the automatic door locks. i think as my old clio would lock as i drive away and this one doesnt. i cant see anything loose under passanger seat can anyone help much appreciated.

the wire where joined to replace the poor connectors for the air bags, if you hold the central locking button with the engine running it will bleep and activate raid mode and lock when you drive off. as for the air bag just have it plugged in and remove the guess work out of it
