Megane II Handbrake/Stop Light keep coming on/dissapearing

Hello all, today i picked up a 2004 megane II authentique but i am having a few issues with the brakes, when i go over speedbumps, brake or turn the STOP and handbrake warning light both come up and it beeps, they stay lit for a second or so then go away, i have checked the fluid and its full, the ABS is working as it should and the brakes seem fine other than this.

Any advice would be great, I'm guessing it could be a faulty sensor of some sort?

Managed to fix this myself, pretty simple, just turned out to be the front brake pads that needed replacing, hope this helps anyone else with the same problem!
