Clio 2004 horn not working

The horn does not make any noise. I read that it is behind the bumper. How do I get to it and what tools do I need? I am more than clueless about cars so if it's not something for beginners can someone advise what sort of cost to fix it will be.

Thanks

You can reach the horn from under the car by removing the front bumper under tray.

Under tray? I don't know what that is. Do I need tools or does it click on and off. What should I be looking for when I find the horn? What does the horn look like?

I suggest you spend under 20 get yourself a clio Haynes manual for the year your car was manufactured. There is a full instruction on how to remove the bumper and engine under tray and also how to get the horn. In any case , on some clios the under tray are riveted to the bumper and some are attached by plastic clips. On mine it was riveted I had to drill it out and replace it with plastic clips.

you might not have an under tray, my sisters 53 plate clio doesnt have one. i havent seen how the horn is mounted but id imagine its a nuts and bolts job so just need a socket set or spanners.

the horn looks abit like this (might have one or two):
