renault megane 2 heater blower not working

hi, my heater blower stopped working suddenly 2 days ago, went to the mechanic he told me its the heater motor is gone. hes charging me a fortune to get this replaced.
does anyone know where this is located and would be an easy diy jobbie? any help would be appreciated as its geting verry cold.

Re: renault megane 2 heater blower not working

Hi will probably take you an hour max to change.Remove the glovebox,the motor is up to the right of the dashboard no screws on the motor,its just twists and locks in place and one connector to remove.

i bought a motor of ebay for £30 and changing took me only 25 minutes!! many many thanx man
