A nice clear explination of it and i can confirm that this is the same for laguna mark 1 both phase with the 2.0l engine and a clio mark 2 1.6 and also a scenic mark 1 p2 as they are the same caliper on all. A good tip is that if you have or can get a bike pedal spaner then its a nice slim 17mm one.
Currently in owenfackrell's garage:
2006 laguna II, initiale sports tourer 2.0Dci , but has had laguna 1 rxe (both phases) and a 98 clio rxe and a Laguna II Sports Tourer 1.9Dci Privilege and a Megane Coupe 2.0 16v in red and a 2007 57 plate megane II privilege 1.5 DCi estate (with Panoramic sunroof) and a 2001 Clio 1.4 Privilagein black.

I have been told its a 7mm allen key on the Lag2 , have got a spare set ready to fit on mine, still on original fronts at 83,000.

Mine were changed at 70 but its developed a judder on braking. May try new front tyres before the change as I need to change 2 tyres...
