Laguna 04 brake bleed nipple problem

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me please. I am having a problem removing the rear brake bleed nipple. No matter what I try it will not move. Does anyone have any ideas why this is, also which way should it unscrew. Thank you.

Re: Laguna 04 brake bleed nipple problem

Just a normal thread ACW to unscrew. They are easily sheared off, soak it with releasal/plus gas/WD40 give it a smart tap on the end with a hammer and be careful. If the worst happens you can always bleed the brake by loosening the brake pipe nipple, but that has other dangers

Thank you Roby37 for your reply. I did bleed with using the brake pipe nipple in the end. I see you say this would have other dangers, what would these be please?

Re: Laguna 04 brake bleed nipple problem

You obviously avoided them Just that if the brake pipe is corroded that it is easy to twist and shear the pipe if it "sticks" to the nipple.
