Smile Hello 1st post.

Hello,

I have just bought a 54 plate Grand Scenic 1.5dci and am saying goodbye to my Fiat Multipla JTD 115ELX. When the cold weather came I simply fell out of love with it as the heaters are very poor and driving to work at 5.30 am in 6deg of frost is not nice. Having owned various Citroens and Peugeots I'm not a stranger to French cars. However the last Renault I owned was a 16 TS back in the dim and distant past!

Dave.

Hello demag & welcome to the forum

R16s Fond memories of column gear change and bench seats, it was a shame about the rotten floors though.

Re: Hello 1st post.

Thanks for the welcome.

Yes the 16 was a lovely motor. I remember the performance was very good and it was quite economical as well. The front seats wouldn't have been out of place in my living room!
