I have replaced the rear pads but the rear offside caliper is not releasing the brake properly although I have bleed the system and correctly adjusted the handbrake, ie the brake cable is not taught when handbrak is released. The brake caliper has been cleaned and is free to move.
I think its the piston sticking on the caliper, ordered another, will see how it goes. This disc was excesivley worn too and failed on the MOT, replaced this and the rear pads (Both wheels). think maybe the faulty caliper has been faulty for a while.
Rear calipers are quite a common problem unfortunately, but just make sure that the clips on the backs of the pads are fitted in the grove on the piston before replacing the caliper though, they can be a pain to fit correctly and if they aren't it can cause the brake to bind.

I also have problems with a sticky rear offside brake..and it's caused by the handbrake cam not releasing after taking the handbrake off..usually cured by using spray lubricant and working it back and forth a few times until it loosens up

I had a similar problem. It was caused by the pads not being clipped onto the calliper properly. They can be a bit fiddely to get the springs on the pad to engage as the rubber boot can get in the way.
Worth double checking maybe
