laguna II rear bumper removal

can someone give me a clue how to remove my rear bumper on my laguna II sporthatch? need to replace the plastic part. thanks mark.

take the lights out, there are x2 screws under each.
also there are usually plastic rivits (same as on the scuttle panel) underneath the bumper and also in the top of the rear arches that clip the top edge of the bumper on. also look out for nickel coated screws under the bumper holding the wheel arch covers to the rear of the bumper.
its a lot easier than the sport tourer bumper.
