Very loud vibration noise coming from back of my clio mk2

Hi, I have got a really loud vibration type of noise coming from the back of my car somewhere, it is very loud when i am on the motorway at about 3500 revs i cannot hear my radio or anyone else who is in the car, it has been like this for a few weeks now. Any Advice is definately welcome.

Could be a number of things such as broken exhaust mount or even a worn wheel bearing, etc. Either way in the interests of safety I would suggest you get it checked ASAP.

If you are genuinely getting a headache each time you drive the car I would suspect you have an exhaust leak. Exhaust gases can be deadly.
