Scenic 2 wipers indicators drivers window not working

So here I go with the complicated questions already
Basically have the above vehicle and faults, have looked at the car my self, checked engine bay fuse box and multiplugs, before moving to the interior fusebox and uch. I have seen no evidence of water ingress and have just had the uch tested by bba who said its a good unit
So I'm about to look at it again with a fresh pair of eyes, and start from the beggining again.
What I could do with knowing is maybe some pin info for the uch, I suspect a power problem for 3 circuits to be down? Also the location of main loom entering car? are there multi plugs?
This happened after the snowy weather so I'm suspecting a water ingress/corrosion fault of sort but could do with some guidance of favourite areas if poss??

	UCH UCH The UCH (Unite Centrale Habitacle) is an electronic control module that is fitted to many late model Renaults (early 2000's onwards.) It is responsible for controlling many of the non-engine related functions of the car, such as central locking, electric windows, and even some of the lights (e.g. indicators.) A brand new UCH is supplied with a blank memory. This must be coded (using the Renault Clip computer) to match the serial number of the ECU and key/card before it will work with the car. The memory can only be written once, so a used UCH cannot be taken from a donor vehicle to be used in another unless the ECU and keyfobs/cards are also transferred.

Update, Igniton feed missing to UCH, this apparently happened in the snow this winter, so I'm expecting to find water ingress somewhere, any favourite places?
