Unhappy Clio Ignition Switch

Hi, wondering if any one can advise me on this problem with ignition switch.

From last week, when I turn the ignition key from Mark 3 to Start the engine the starter motor turns over but the switch does,t move back to Mark 3 automatical, so I have to move the key back myself or the starter motor keys spinning. Also since this has happened I get an intermitent fault where either when using headlights they are on full beam, or when using the windscreen wipers when I depress the break the rear windscreen wiper works.

I have checked the Earch connections in the boot already.

Is this a broken Ignition Switch or an electrical fault connected to the Starter motor.

Gratefull for any pointers. Cheers
