I have a 55 plate Renault Megane II. It is the 1.9 DCI 130, engine code F9Q 800.
I get the service light and the check injectors message when I start from cold. After a couple of minutes, I can turn the engine off and then on again and the service light goes off with no "check injectors" message.
I have been to an independent garage and they have given me a report which shows the following codes:
DF025 Pre-postheating unit diagnostic line
Solenoid Valve Control
DF049 Refigerant pressure/temperature sensor
The garage is not sure of the problem and will have another look next week. They said it struggled to start, even though it starts every time.
Any snippets of information will help. Can I ignore the DF049 because it is the aircon? Is the DF025 a suggestion of a glowplug, hence why the fault goes when warm? Could this fault be linked with the EGR
valve, so should I drive it hard to clear it?
