    Dancingdad, yay!!!!!!!! . two little plastic clips hold it in, when I went to move them they snapped, plastic had gone hard/brittle, no mention of them in Haynes. The plastic covering on the back of the fitting unclips but will not come out through the hole. Many thanks for your advice

    Hi people, I need to change fog light bulbs on my car, looked in the book, it says removr bolt under fog and pull fog light out, so I've removed the 10mm bolt but the fitting will not come out, it's loose and moves about a bit but will not come out, please what am I doing wrong .... Many thanks

    Thanks for that, I'll try it tomorrow, I did take it for it's CT today (Wednesday) that's the french mot, and it was off the scale on the polution reading and it's still running lumpy I'm guessing too rich, the petrol in it is about 8 months old now and another problem I have is the remote key...

    I have taken the 2 at the back and the manifold has come forward about 1cm, the pin at the front is now out of the hole, the manifold moves left and right but that's it, I'm afraid I might break it ........

    Have done all that this morning ....... no difference :( Tried removing inlet manifold to clean throttle body manifold, it's all loose but will not come off .... ideas please :)

    Right ....... checked aux/fan belt all ok checked battery voltage before starting = 12v Started car and got to tick-over at 500 rpm battery now 14 v ran till normal temp now ticking over at 750 rpm battery at 14v If I move the steering or turn on the lights revs drop and engine almost cuts out...

    Thanks for that 'Ours' but that looks nothing like the pictures in the book ..... lol ! I'm guessing ..... to get to the butterfly section do I need to remove the air filter then the plastic manifold? on top of the engine?

    Hi Ours, no I haven't, I looked in the manual to find the TDC sensor which is in fact the 'Crankshaft speed/position sensor ..... interesting, and once I locate it ? do I remove it? and once removed ... what next? I have to keep my foot on the accelerator pedal or it dies, just my thoughts...
