Mk1 Megane, got a multi disc in the boot (standard) is there one I can replace it with as mine wont play CDr's?

Any reason I should have problems changing the front discs and pads? I've identified all the parts needed. I used to do all my own work but haven't done a mechanical job for a while- any pointers? TIA.

Hi, I have read the post regarding electronic parking brake strip down but all I want to do is replace the rear discs and pads. What is the procedure for this? I do not want to risk upsetting the settings in the ECU. Hope someone can help. Thanks Andy

Just pulled out the EGR from a 2002 Scenic 1.9dCi. The end disc is gone - apparently a commonplace thing. Question is... will it go anywhere dangerous (inlet manifold say) or will it just meander off down the exhaust pipe?
