Can anyone of you tell me more about this engine?

I was reading that is based on the D4F block and it shares 70% of the parts, not many considering turbo, manifold, intercooler, wastegate (does it have an intercooler?), etc.
Which parts are different more exactly?
And how hard might be a conversion from a standard D4F?

I'd love to plan a conversion for my damn lazy D7F on my Twingo and this would be a great starting point for a new project whether does not present any major problem (apart from costs of course...)

Ata rough guess I reckon it would cost £2000-£4000 - probably more than the car is worth and then there's the extra insurance. Also the suspension and braking system wouldn't be up to the job. Probably better saving the money and buying a quicker car.:)
