Hi

I am a 2003 1.870 cc RENAULT LAGUNA EXPRESSION DCI (diesel)

There is a new fault coming into the map recently!

Every time I am going to stop the revs go down like two marks on the clock (0.7) and the engine does like its going to stop (for not fuel) and then it comes back to normal (0.9) where stay there as normal. It only appear when I am about to stop (like on traffic)

Can you please help?

Thanks

you may have a lazy egr valve, may need to clean it. or even to much drag form the air con compressor. Without plugging in and reading what's doing what it is hard to say.

"much drag" from the air compressor - How do I check this??

I have cleaned the EGR and still doing it, less often though!

One thing my EGR someone break in two part, Does it matter? I have not manage to take the second part the actual valve is stuck in it. How do I suppose to take it out?

Thanks

There's an anti-stall switch at the top of the clutch pedal. Check it has become displaced or wiring hasn't failed.

You'll need to get down into the drivers footwell for a looksee.

Whilst it may not be your problem it's an easy check.:)
