Hi, Just bought some front pads for my new shaped Scenic 04 plate with 1.6 engine . I believe all Scenics of that year at least are the same.

So can anyone tell me what the torque setting is required for the 2 bolts on each caliper. I require the reference from a known source ie Haynes Manual ect (i do not mean to offend those that say "fairly tight" will be OK).:)

Have bought Renault pads in the past which had torque settings in the box but not in these.

Just for info the renault part No is 7701209444.

Cheers, hope you can help ???

Torque

Hello, in my Haynes manual it quotes 32Nm / 24 lbf ft for the brake caliper guide bolts. Hope this helps, regards Damian. :)
