Hi,

I have a Megane 2010 which keeps cutting out. Car sometimes starts normally but then cuts out and will usually start straight away after this. There have been occassions when the car can out at traffic lights/Junctions but then fail to start, will start the after a few attempts.

Any ideas what the possible reason for this would be?

If I was forced to guess and was feeling very lucky and had a spare hour or two and did not want to spend any money nor have anything to do with the methodical code read mularkey......
I would clean the crank sensor and the throttle body.

Yes, I was going to guess crank sensor .... but it should light up the EML, however I know from experience that it sometimes doesn't.
