2016 Renault Master - Low battery warning

HI

we've got a 2016 Master and the "Low battery warning" is on the dash (along with battery and stop light)

Weve changed the Alternator / battery (its start stop) , and chased all wires which all show voltage correct. and also changed UPC ... still no joy.

The diagnostic codes no joy either.

Any more suggestions, The van drives perfect otherwise.

Correct alternator,
Just asking, as have known these renaults give this fault
First alternator goes down, then get another alternator that looks correct, but its wrong

The data wire runs through the small plug off the alternator to the UPC and the UPC then tells alternator to start charging
But if wrong alternator, then no joy
