My AC isn't blowing ice cold. I'd say it's cool - but not very cold. Just had the condensor/radiator replaced as it wasn't working at all. I didn't notice any problems for it just only started getting hot out. I struggle to get the car comfortably cold inside, it's okay - but not great.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with the system or my expectations? The garage that worked on it messed things up before so it isn't out of this world that they did so again.

So exactly HOW was this fact determined?

IMO not much to be said about anything with a subjective "not cold enough" being the only driving force .

Really only one way to evaluate the capacity of the AC system and its abilities - you need to be able to measure the refrigerant pressures on the suction and liquid lines while also able to report on humidity and ambient temperature around the vehicle with the vehicle door's open and internal fan on max speed.................. from that one can very quickly make an evaluation of what's going on
