Hi Chaps and chapettes

Tested my air-con on my Mk1 Laguna the other day.....and was wondering...how cold is it meant to be??

Dont get me wrong...it was cool....but it was better to have the windows open!!!

My scenic used to be freezing when it got going

With a slow fan speed and the aircon running (and heater on recirc) you will usually get temperatures of 7 or 8 degrees using a temperature probe in the airvent after a few minutes of running.Make sure that the aircon is actually working,you should hear the compressor cutting in and out,and also you should feel a temperature difference between the high and low pressure pipes (one will be warm,the other cold).

well it definatly felt cold....would it be worth getting the system recharged?
