I noticed last weekend, that the air cooling heat exhanger in the front in engine room has started to break down. The lowest part of the mask is really open, so all the stones, spikes, ice cubes etc. can crash freely to heat exchanger. Strange, that this kind of problem is in this car model even if the model itself is old.
The original problem is cheap and easy to correct by adding some metal grid to mask, but if the heat exchanger breaks down, it is expensive.

So, other Megane I owners, check if you air conditioning heat exchanger is still as one solid package.
