Hi, A mate has offered me the use of a Clio for short trips during a holiday. I would appreciate it if anyone could advise if there is enough room in the back of a Clio for a baby capsule for a 4 month old, a child seat for a 4 year old and a medium size mother in the middle!
Many thanks

Is it a five door Clio (I hope it is 5 d..still a bit narrow though) ?

How old is the Clio ?

Short distances : why not. Long trips : I wouldn't recommend.
Sitting in the middle of the back seat for an average citizen is never comfortable. Especially on a small car.

See the photo. Imagine you strap both child things in, see position of the belt catchers..
Then imagine sitting between that. That's what I mean.

Well... In China I have seen people getting in cars in 3 layers..
Adults (all are small size there) on the seat, teenager on their lap, Baby being held by the teenager.
They easily load an age mixed 8 - 10 people there. I wouldn't do that here though.

It all depends on what you think is doable or not.
Or if it's a 'cup half empty' or 'cup half full' day.

Back seat for the 2007 is identical to the one I showed in previous post.
I think it will not be very comfortable but technically, it can be done.

Added a photo here of a complete interior of a Clio 2007, just to have an idea.
This seems to be a rather luxurious version. Covers and colors inside can be different.

Enjoy and good luck !
