Does anyone know how much a bottom crank pulley for auxillary belt would cost?

Where from?:)

i've been quoted £110.78 + vat for pulley & £17 for new aux belt.:steam:

but i still need to know weather the timing might move if i take this pulley off?:confused:

Hi god thats a price and a half that for a pully wheel:crazy: would you not think about buying it second hand from a breakers

not worth the risk as if the aux belt comes off or snaps there is a good chance it can get tangled in the cam belt.:)

i tried gsf and a local parts place, but they said dealer only.
got the pulley and new belt now anyway, cheers.

done it easy.
you need e18 torx socket,

& something to lock up flywheel.

remove wheel, remove plastic wheel arch, take tension off belt and remove, lock flywheel, undo torx bolt on pully and it will easilly pull off, timing does not move as this pulley is on a keyway.:) replace and locktight bolt, put new belt on and check by rotating engine with spanner. 20-30mins.:)
see picture of flange after pulley removed and keyway.

the flywheel can be locked by inserting a chisel or simular into flywheel teeth nearest to top dead sensor. make sure it firmley locks while undoing pulley as it may slip and you might rap your knuckles. When tightening bolt, position chisel to lock in oppersite direction firmley.
