I have recently purchased an1400 scenic which seems to have a top speed of 65mph. How can I tell if its got cruise control or a speed limiter fitted.

If you had cruise control/speed limiter you would have obvious controls on the steering wheel. Plus every time you turn on the ignition the cruise and limiter reset so I doubt this would be your problem
