Hi, I have a Clio Grande 1.2 8v, it has the D7F engine. The Cambelt snapped and I have had to strip the engine, replace all 8 valves, lapp them in, I have a new belt kit, head gasket kit etc.
I have the setting for the head bolts, I have new head bolts.
Im just stuck with the rocker shaft bolts, I cant find the torque settings for these, I havent got a haynes manual so Ive been seraching on the web for everything.
If anybody has the haynes or similar manual could you please let me know what the torque settings are for the rocker shaft bolts, and also the valve clearance settings.
Any help would be greatly apprieciated

Checked my haynes:

Valve clearances: (cold)
Inlet 0.10mm
Outlet 0.20mm

Rocker shaft bolts 23nm / 17Ibf ft

Hi this is really useful as we're having to rebuild my daughters.

However, a couple of the Rocker Shaft Bolts have actually sheared, so does anyone know the specifications, so I can replace them please?

Any help gratefully received, or know where I can source some bolts?
