Sounds to me like one of the right wheel bearings has gone.
Jack up the right wheels one at a time and spin it quickly while holding on to the suspension spring or shock. You should feel vibration if the bearing is gone

I have had three sets of tyres on my Clio, each lasting 40,000 miles.
The second set, Pirellis, started making a dreadful noise on the motorway for the last 8000 miles as they approached the end of their life.
If it is not your wheel bearings (admittedly more likely than tyres), you might consider investing in a new set of quality tyres to quieten things down. My present Bridgestones are excellent.
