Anyone shed any light? Fuse blows as soon as I press the brake pedal (which loses all the dash functions as well) even with both light units disconnected.

are you sure your putting the right fuse rating in there, either that or it sounds like the switch might be causing a short circuit

T'was shorting in he rear light unit.
