I have been looking at changing my steel wheels for clio mk2 alloys 185/55R15 i have checked the pcd and looks the same as Kangoo the only thing i see changes is the rim spec mine is 5.5jx14ET36 and the clio ones are 6jx15ET43 so would this mean i would need a 7mm shim on the rear i understand the front maybe ok would just like some reassurance from someone who may know or who has had some experience in completing it

The Clio wheels will sit 12-13mm closer to the strut. So a 7-10mm spacer should work fine. Whilst the fronts may not foul the suspension. You may want a spacer anyway just so they will look ok.
