I’ve cracked the screen on my built in satnav unit Clio 2014. What’s the easiest and cheapest way of getting it sorted? Can it be repaired?

I bought a replacement off eBay ( I know) plugged it in to see message take it to your local dealer and took it to Renault garage. They hooked it up but after 3 hours said it wasn’t finished and gave up.

Any ideas gratefully received from you helpful bunch.

I should add it’s a Lhd and we’re in France.

Ok, so the replacement ebay sat nav has a cracked screen? Did the replacement radio come with the radio code?

Sorry no, the original one is cracked, the replacement one just says visit your nearest dealer as you can’t get past that screen. I have the code for the old one but not the new one.
