I am looking to buy one and was hoping for a bit of advice on which is a good/recommended one.

There seems to be loads of different types available on ebay!

I also posted this in the electronics section but thought it may be more relevant here.

Sorry for double posting I'm just looking to order one asap as in tonight so hoping for some more info/feedback.

Get one that is EOBD compliant and you should be okay as long as its for Renault petrol engines from 2001 and diesel from 2004. Most OBDII also seem to be EOBD compliant as well.
