My cat converter pretty much vaporised itself so I just cut it out and replaced it with a pipe sounds brilliant but the engine management light is constantly on and I think it's over fueling. Does anyone know how to bypass the post cat sensor?

Even if you did manage it you'd fail the next MOT.

you could buy a lamba sensor simulator similar to those fitted to lpg systems.
