Can anybody advise me how to remove the door card from a MK3 Clio?

The door won't open from the inside and with the MOT looming I really have to get this looked at.

Sorry I cant offer any advise in respect of the door card removal, I am looking to do the same with my Mk3 Clio and was just wondering if you had actually attempted removing the card as of yet??? and could possibly pass on some advise.
