My megane window was stuck in the up position and it turned out that the window regulator was broken. But I was able to fix it myself. I don't know what its like in the 07scenic but I would suggest looking at the regulator or the window motor or infact the window fuse! I have a link to how I fixed mine if you need it. Hope this helps in some way

Thanks Heather J. Eventually got it sorted yesterday. Tried all the suggestions on the forum, with no joy. Decided to take of door trim and have a look inside I started checking all the connections first and suddenly window worked. I think it might have been a loose connection.
