how do I test if it's motor, regulator or switch my window is stuck open

What ever you do, do not take it to Renault unless you can confirm it's the regulator!

I think you need to get someone with a CAN CLIP device to read the body ecu, or use a multimeter to find the fault manually

If you just want the window put up then just go to some independent place - Renault will charge £100 just to do that!

i have same problem called green flag out could not even get panel of to look had to take to garage find out monday problem
