Hi I own a Renault Clio 1.2 and the engine temperature indicator on the dashboard never rises as if the car where cold, aver since that happened I've been having trouble starting it it seems like it chokes and won't start.

Sounds like you may have a faulty engine coolant sensor whereby the ECU always thinks the engine is warm and doesen't adjust the fuel mix for cold starting or running.
