Although I've inserted 6 discs into the CD changer, whenever I attempt to select the CD player the dashboard display indicates 'NO CD'. Why is this?:steam:

I believe they're in the right way, It simply says on the carrier to insert with labels facing up!! The carrier inserts & ejects fine which tells me that there is power supply to the unit

No your right thats the same config as mine (although my unit is an alpine) the door faces upright & slides to the side to reveal the disc magazine. The discs are inserted with the labels facing outward (towards the rear seats).

The "lables" on the disk should face away from the slot on the back of the cart ... look carefully you will see the holders are numbered and have an arrow indicating which way is up.

Hope it helps :)
