Hi all you clever people! I've got a 3.0dci privilege. In the winter, the heat has to be turned up full to the max setting to produce hot air, otherwise the drivers climate module doesn't even bother turning the fan on. (All the fan speeds seem to work manually)
In summer, the a/c works, compressor runs, but pipes not as cold as i'd expect. Cool air from dash but not cold.

HERES THE CLUE !

Again, when its 30'c outside, with it set on AUTO 16'c, it doesn't even activate the cabin fan or baragraph display (or air vent direction indicator either) - It just sits there. Manually controlled, it sort of works but not that cold.
Ive got an a/c gassing plant here, gas pressure and quantity is correct, and doesn't leak.
Ive inspected the cabin air temp sensor, small fan works, dust free, sensor reads 10k ohms at 25'c as per dialogies.
Ive got a snapon solus pro, but it wont talk to the climate ecu.
Any ideas, please?
Is as if the computer has no idea what the actual temperature is. Dash outside temp reading is fine.
