Hi, I want to test the operation of my folding mirrors, so does anyone have a diagram, or can tell me which wires I need to connect to make them fold as if the switch was connected.?

I haven't been able to find a replacement switch for my folding mirrors less than £35, on ebay.

If I can test that the mirrors work, I'll be happier spending the money.

Did you get anywhere with this mate? I need to test my passenger side mirror. Driver's side works fine(ish) but nothing from the passenger side

Nothing, so I got a switch off ebay. Works now.:d

Glad you got your's sorted. I'm going to have to do a continuity test I think.... driver's side does fold but not the passenger. I guess if it passes the continuity test then I'm looking at a dodgy mirror.... dont think the motor itself can be replaced (or even bought?)
