garage or diy ??? is it a hard job or how much it cost from a garage

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You will need a press to replace the bearing,but if you source a new bearing and remove the hub from the car yourself and take it to a garage for them to replace just the bearing then you'll save yourself an hours or so labour charge.The garage will probably charge £10 0r £20 to press the old bearing out and the new one in but you'll have saved yourself a few quid all in.

I would think you'd be looking at around £150 for a decent independant garage to do the job and supply the bearing.
